Job Description

As a Junior Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team by attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in HR and talent acquisition. - Assist in the full recruitment cycle, which includes tasks such as posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Maintain and update the candidate database along with managing job applications efficiently. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. - Conduct initial screening of candidates through phone or video calls to assess their suitability for the roles. - Prepare and send offer letters and other necessary recruitment documents to selected candidates. - Support the onboarding process by collecting required documents and facilitating new hire formalities seamlessly. - Keep track of recruitment metrics and generate reports to analyze the efficiency of the hiring process. - Cultivate positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the recruitment experience. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, freshers are also encouraged to apply. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
