This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, located in Gandhidham. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will develop and implement recruiting strategies, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
