Qualification: GraduateExperience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manpower services/consultancy/facility management companySalary Range: ? 3.0 - 3.6 Lacs Per AnnumIndustry/Experience Specification: Candidate from Manpower / Consultancy / Facility Management industryJob Role:Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for housekeeping, janitorial, and support staff roles. The position ensures that manpower requirements are fulfilled on time, aligned with operational needs, client requirements, and company standards. Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:1) Manpower Planning & Sourcing:* Understand manpower requirements for various housekeeping sites/projects. * Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled/unskilled housekeeping staff, supervisors, and support manpower. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, and local manpower networks. 2) Screening & Selection:* Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and attitude. * Verify documents such as ID proofs, references, and employment history. * Shortlist suitable candidates for final selection by management/clients. 3) Onboarding & Deployment * Coordinate with operations teams for manpower allocation at sites. * Ensure joining formalities, documentation, and medical/fitness checks are completed. * Brief new hires on job roles, responsibilities, grooming, and company policies. 4) Database & Reporting * Maintain an updated manpower database (skilled/unskilled workers, supervisors, housekeeping staff). * Track recruitment status, joining ratios, and attrition rates. * Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management review. Required Key Skills / Desired Experience:01) Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.02) Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manpower services/consultancy/facility management company.03) Prior experience in recruitment from a consultancy or manpower company is a plus.04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 7 or 10 days would be considered favorably.05) Salary Range: .06) Communication and Languages: Good communication skills in English and Telugu. Knowledge of additional languages like Hindi will be advantageous.07) Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques (bulk hiring, local sourcing, vendor management).08) Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/ATS.09) Ability to work under pressure and meet manpower targets.10) Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.11) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.12) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
