Role Overview

HR & Public Liaison Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

• Assist in recruitment – job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in training sessions, workshops, and team engagement activities

Public Liaison Functions:

• Act as a point of contact for societies, clients, and developers for project coordination
• Assist in organizing society meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Prepare and maintain stakeholder communication records
• Support management in preparing proposals, reports, and event coordination

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Freshers and mid-level candidates welcome)
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, Client Relations, or Public Liaison roles

• Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi

  (mandatory for client interaction)
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentable personality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings/events when required

• Candidates with prior exposure or background in the real estate sector will be given preference
