Job Description

Job Purpose · Gather and analyze recruitment data in order to improve process efficiency · Produce insights into recruitment landscape and create pro-active hiring processes.


Key Responsibility Areas : Actionable :

· Predictive Analytics · Vacancy prediction, identification & tracking · Success Factor – Candidate Search, Source mix, role vs recruiter/ role vs business interviewer, branch posting, region vs role vs placement agency · Highlighting probable areas of risk to Practice Managers and TAPs · Proactive identification of daily / weekly actionable for recruiters to meet source mix benchmark as well as SLAs · New joiner Attrition trends

· Designing, monitoring and

improving Tools &

Processes · Pre-Onboarding Engagement and candidate allocation to recruiters - Central sources · Designing TA Processes in consultation with Service delivery Head, Capability Building Head and Vertical Head TA · Reviewing Processes and "Error Flagging" to TA compliance practice manager

· Designing and running TA

Dashboard / TA Command

Center · Vacancy Ageing · Recruitment TATs · Source Mix · Recruitment Costs · New Joinee Attrition · New Joinee Performance · KPO · Gamification based dashboard for business interviewers · Gamification based dashboard for recruiters · Ongoing analytical SWOT for TA as well as Business · Vendor Performance · RBI Reporting

· Designing and improving Performance Matrix · Designing Performance Scorecard for Talent Acquisition team in consultation with VH TA, Capability Building Lead and Service Deliver Heads for all the roles under TA Vertical · Running contests for Regional TA teams under in consultation with VH TA and Service Delivery Lead · Taking inputs time to time from TA team as well as other VH HRs and stake holder on scorecard to improve the same further · Creating Vendor Performance scorecard basis inputs from TA Team

· Intervention · Analyzing data trends to identify areas for proactive interventions, designing interventions

· Graduation: Any

· Post-Graduation: MBA Preferred

· Strong Analytical skills · Strong Communication skills

Experience Required:

· Minimum experience in years – Preferably 2-5 years
