About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR & Performance Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and drive overall organizational efficiency. This on-site position in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, requires a strategic professional with a strong focus on performance enhancement — particularly within the sales team. The ideal candidate will align HR practices with business objectives while ensuring compliance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management systems to improve sales efficiency and meet business goals.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights to support decision-making.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and separation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws; assist with internal and external audits.
• Oversee HRMS activities, including payroll, attendance, and employee records management.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify performance gaps and execute effective improvement initiatives.
• Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and motivation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in performance management or productivity improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS systems, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
• Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an added advantage

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
