As a People Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting core Human Resources functions and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the HR lifecycle. You will partner closely with managers and HR leadership to facilitate processes, provide guidance on organizational policies, and deliver exceptional support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct new hire orientation.
• Support HR manager with gathering necessary documents and paperwork for refereeing
disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.
• Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and
interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Knowledge of legal policies and
procedures related to hiring practices (i.e., equal employment opportunity and affirmative
action). Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems.
- Facilitate and coordinate HR processes across multiple functional areas, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Advise managers and employees on organizational policies, including equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and workplace conduct.
- Plan and schedule new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Preparing and maintaining work documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP) for dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
- Utilize and other HR systems to manage employee data and support HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word and Excel.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years related experience required.
• Experience in HR Operations.
• Experience in HR Opera5on Life Cycle/Hire To Rehire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Solid understanding of legal policies and procedures related to hiring, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and pay-scale systems.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
