Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing:

    Calculate and process employee salaries, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record keeping:

    Maintain meticulous records of employee information, hours worked, and payroll data.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all payroll activities and documentation comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Employee support:

    Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing their payroll-related questions and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and generate payroll reports, including those for tax filings, and assist with audits.
  • Data management:

    Process changes in employee status, such as new hires, terminations, and promotions, and update payroll systems accordingly.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in HR Payroll 1+ year exp is preferred Candidate from real estate background will be advantage
