Junior Associate (US Compliance / HR / Payroll Support)

Key Responsibilities

US Onboarding & Documentation Support

  • Assist in preparing US-specific onboarding documents such as

    offer letters, MSAs, SOWs, subcontractor agreements, and NDAs

    .
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with

    US compliance standards

    .

US Compliance & Vendor Registration

  • Support

    SAM.gov, state-level portals, and commercial vendor registrations

    .
  • Track renewal cycles for

    US certifications, registrations, and compliance documents

    .

US HR Operations Assistance

  • Assist with employee record management, policy acknowledgements, and HR documentation aligned with

    US HR regulations

    .
  • Learn and support basic elements of US HR compliance, onboarding, and audits.

US Payroll Coordination

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to gather documents, verify timesheets, and support payroll processes as per

    US payroll standards

    .

US Immigration Support

  • Assist with document preparation for

    H-1B and other US work authorization cases

    (training provided).

US Governance & Process Support

  • Maintain trackers, logs, audit files, and documentation to meet

    US corporate and compliance requirements

    .
  • Stay updated on changes to

    US regulatory guidelines

    , HR policies, and federal/state requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business Administration, HR, Commerce, Accounting. FInance or related field

    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for US client interactions.
  • Proficient in

    MS Word, Excel, and documentation handling

    .
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

    US processes and regulations.

  • Ability and willingness to work

    US Night Shift (EST hours)
