Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Design Development: Assist in design development and conceptualization of architectural drawings, producing working drawings, and preparing architecture and interior details.

- Working Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD.

- Coordination: Coordinate with RCC and MEP consultants, architects, and project teams for design intent and accuracy.

- Municipal Approval Drawings: Prepare and submit drawings for municipal approvals.

- Project Documentation: Maintain and organize drawing sets and documentation for projects.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience (internship in high-rise residential design coordination preferred).

- Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.

- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills

- AutoCAD: Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing detailed architectural drawings.

- Revit: Knowledge of Revit for building information modeling.

- SketchUp: Familiarity with SketchUp for 3D modeling.

- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles.

- Building Codes: Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
