Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in architectural design, drafting, and documentation, and be eager to learn through hands-on project involvement across residential and/or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in design development, concept planning, and detailing.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D views.
• Develop drawings using AutoCAD and support design presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams as required.
• Participate in site visits to understand execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material selections, and specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software and Photoshop is preferred.
• Understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced studio environment.
