Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and deductions accurately on a monthly basis.
Maintain and update employee data related to salary, leaves, attendance, and tax information.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, TDS, LWF, and Professional Tax.
Generate salary slips and prepare payroll reports for management.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements and bank transfers.
Address payroll-related employee queries in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll data.
Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and returns.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll, etc.)
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and tax regulations
Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
