HR & Operations Specialist - US Compliances

As a HR & Operations Specialist at Ascentt, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR and operational functions. Your 5-6 years of HR experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with HR systems will contribute to ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and effective internal communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage US immigration, compliance, legal, vendor management, and knowledge on Rippling - Handle vendor contract management and HR operations - Assist in preparing and filing immigration applications and petitions such as H-1B, L-1, and permanent residency applications - Maintain accurate records and documentation for each case in internal systems - Collaborate with senior specialists to develop strategies for complex immigration cases - Stay updated on immigration law changes and best practices through educational sessions - Assist Compliance department members with the I9 process, including remote associate audits and e-Verify compliance - Conduct background verifications and reports for adverse activity on reinvestigation cases Qualifications for HR Compliance: - Experience in implementing Rippling functionality into existing infrastructure - Strong knowledge of HR systems, infrastructure, and the development and delivery of HR metrics/dashboards - Familiarity with international operations and remote locations for a dynamic global corporation preferred - Strategic, critical thinker and change agent with the ability to execute tactically while maintaining a view of long-term goals and company objectives - Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field of study preferred Join Ascentt in shaping the future of industrial intelligence and making a real-world impact with cutting-edge data analytics & AI/ML solutions for global automotive and manufacturing leaders.,
