Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This position requires a strong understanding of human capital management and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Duties

• Oversee organization design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
• Provide support in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.

Skills

• Proficiency in affirmative action planning and human capital management principles.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining HR databases efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
