Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions began its journey in 1986 with the establishment of a Girls Junior College in Vijayawada. Our founders, Dr. B. S. Rao and Dr. Jhansi Lakshmi Bai, were medical professionals who introduced a systematic approach to Intermediate level education in Andhra Pradesh. Since then, the institution has expanded significantly, with multiple branches across Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Delhi, and Himachal Pradesh. Known for its professional teaching approach and staff management, Sri Chaitanya also operates IIT-JEE, AIEEE, and PMT coaching centers, along with Techno Schools in various districts.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Ranchi. The Sales Professional will be responsible for promoting and selling the institution's educational programs and services. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential students and parents, conducting presentations and meetings to showcase our unique offerings, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves active participation in promotional events and providing feedback to improve the sales process and product offerings.

Qualifications

Sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer relationship management and networking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
