Job Description

As an HR Operations Specialist at Antier Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, record management, offboarding, and exit formalities. - Generating HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, promotion letters, and experience letters in a timely manner. - Ensuring compliance with HR regulations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment Act, and conducting labor law audits. - Handling employee grievance resolution, basic queries, and escalations. - Assisting in policy drafting, process enhancements, and compliance updates. - Overseeing background verification processes for new hires. - Maintaining HR dashboards and preparing HR MIS reports regularly. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders for HR initiatives and audits. - Assisting in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives. - Working towards process automation and operational excellence. Key Skills Required: - Strong understanding of HR operations, HRIS systems, and HR policies. - Knowledge of compliance laws including PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, and labor regulations. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools, and HR reporting. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in HR would be advantageous. - Prior experience in HR operations roles within IT/Technology/Consulting industries is preferred.
