Job Description

Leaves and Attendance Data Management, assisting in policy execution to ensure adherence, and maintaining data for Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management, and Progressive Discipline/PIPs. Assisting in New Employee Orientation and onboarding process, while also focusing on maintaining Employee Relations & Employee Experience. Proactively planning and executing innovative employee engagement activities and fulfilling social responsibilities. Budgeting and planning Daansevas initiatives and highlighting them on social media platforms. Providing monthly reports and briefings on daily activities and working on HR Analytics for process improvements. Analyzing and presenting data, identifying errors, and suggesting solutions. Assisting in the progression of operating policies, guidelines, and systems for best practices. Additionally, conducting Market Research & Local image branding.,
