Job Description

Role & responsibilities 5+ years of experience in HR Operations. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting) Proficiency in VBA/Macros for reporting and data validation. Experience managing databases and generating compliance reports. Strong follow-up skills to ensure adherence to timelines. Ability to enforce consequence management policies professionally. -0][\Should be an Individual contributor and drive the process efficiently. Should have experience in reporting and process automation. Good stakeholder management. Experience in Oracle or similar HR system.
