The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLM's and a deep understanding of related AI infrastructure. This role involves developing and maintaining Python-based applications focused on GenAI, working closely with large language models, and applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic concepts and strategies effectively in projects. Develop, implement, and maintain Python-based applications focused on GenAI. Work closely with LLM's such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Bard, or similar to build innovative AI solutions. Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and strategies effectively in projects. Utilize vector stores to enhance AI workflows and data management. Extract data from text documents and perform web scraping. Build and maintain RAG processing pipelines, applying statistical methods and math fundamentals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient AI systems. Ensure the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation. Requirements: Proven experience in Python and App Development (OOP/web development). Expertise in data extraction, web scraping, and working with text documents. Strong background in RAG processing pipelines and the application of RAG fundamentals (strong math and statistics background). Familiarity with ERP systems. Experience in machine learning methods such as clustering, classification, regression, recommendation systems, and semantic analysis. Proficient in English for business communication. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Python development.
