HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain employee data across HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. - Handle large volumes of HR data with accuracy and confidentiality, develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using tools like Excel, and provide insights to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders for decision-making. - Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation tools like AI or RPA, and implement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency. - Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and other HR activities. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of proven experience in HR Operations. - Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Keka, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including Macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc., and exposure to reporting/analytics tools. - Strong experience in managing and analyzing large HR data sets, maintaining HR documents, and personnel files. - Exposure to HR process automation using AI/RPA tools is preferred. - Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to provide insights and solutions.
