HR Operations Executive

Role Overview: As a member of the Gentoro People Consulting team, your role as an HR Operations professional will involve managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, and enhancing internal HR processes and systems. You will be joining a vibrant team that is proactive, motivated, and highly organized. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records accurately and in a timely manner. - Handle various HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports. - Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track performance. - Manage the complete employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate or specialization in HR. - Proven proficiency in effectively using MS Office software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Candidates residing near Thane are preferred due to commuting considerations.
