You will be responsible for HR Operations / HR Generalist role in Meerut location. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining Salaries, Advances, Bonus Management - Handling Attendance Management and Leave Management - Managing Over-time & Under-time of Workers - Keeping a check of In-Time & Out-Time - Calculating ESIC & EPF - Managing Employee Database and maintaining Employee Files - Proficiency in Basic Excel and Documentation - Handling Exit Formalities (FnF) The company is looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in HR Operations. Freshers need not apply. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent position. The work schedule is in day shift and the work location is in person at Meerut.
