Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have handled post offer engagement activities - Joining formalities document process for new joiners, Induction and Orientation.
  • Maintaining attendance sheet of employees and sharing the same with Payroll team for further processing.
  • Handling and resolving employee grievances. Respond to routine query on HR policies and procedures, payroll inputs & benefits and identify and resolve potential issue raised by employee.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Payroll, IT, Admin) for smooth employee operations.
  • Should have good negotiation/ counselling skill and must be proactive in taking measures to retain employee and control attrition.
  • Conducting Townhall for employees.
  • Responsible for employee feedback survey.
  • Must have basic knowledge of statutory compliance – EPFO Act / ESIC Act/ Bonus Act and CLRA Act and ability to represent client audit.
  • Maintain employee dashboard and ability to share data with various stakeholders within deadlines.
  • Manage end-to-end exit process including resignation tracking, clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure timely issuance of relieving letters, F&F coordination, and record updating.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations (preferably in staffing or manpower services).
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high volumes with accuracy.
