About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves managing HR functions, supporting recruitment, handling employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, on boarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and compliance with labor laws.
Assist in performance management and training initiatives.

Operations:

Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with internal departments for process efficiency.
Vendor management and procurement support.
Monitor office assets, supplies, and facility management.
Assist management in policy implementation and process improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
