HR & Operations Associate

Company Description

The HR & Operations Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and administrative activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both HR and general office administration smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and support performance/probation processes.
• Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Assist with HRMS updates and compliance-related documentation.
• Manage daily office operations and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain office supplies, inventory, and general administrative documentation.
• Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and visitor management.
• Assist with event coordination, housekeeping oversight, and asset management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
