Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, you will be providing high-quality advisory and operational support to HR Business Partners/BU Managers and Leaders. Your role will involve assisting in routine, cyclical, and adhoc HR focus areas such as performance management, professional development, promotion, and compensation. This position is within the HCMES Service Delivery team, which offers talent-management guidance aligned with the Firm's values and culture. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advisory/operational support to HR Business Partners/BU Managers and Leaders on various HR focus areas - Partner with global and regional HR colleagues for process initiatives - Manage repeatable processes within agreed deadlines with a focus on accuracy and quality - Identify process issues and engage stakeholders for resolution - Facilitate communication between employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders - Track requests, maintain accurate case notes, and ensure timely closure - Proactively identify trends, suggest actions to reduce risk, and improve employee experience - Maintain service delivery standards by offering high-quality support and guidance - Exercise exceptional judgment and escalate matters when necessary - Stay updated on HR functions and labor laws - Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Required: - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong team player with the ability to take ownership of tasks - Comfortable with advisory and transactional interactions - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Ability to manage high-volume queries while maintaining professionalism - Adaptable and creative problem-solving approach - 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred Additional Company Details: Morgan Stanley has been a global leader in financial services since 1935.
