Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding.
• Support daily HR operations – employee data management, documentation, compliance, etc.
• Maintain accurate employee records in

  Workday (HRIS)

  .
• Generate HR dashboards and reports using

  Excel

  ; present insights using

  PowerPoint

  .
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communication.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping (employee files, contracts).
• Collaborate with internal teams to support various HR initiatives and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 9+ years of relevant experience

   in HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Workday or similar HRIS

   platforms.
• Proficient in

  Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

   and

  PowerPoint

  .
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setup.
