Job Description

theircallRole & responsibilities

Manage attendance, leaves, and labour control for male employees in the auto components industry.
Ensure accurate timekeeping and maintenance of attendance records using biometric systems.
Provide HR assistance with recruitment processes, including logistics coordination for new hires.
Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management through godown and storage facilities.
Perform general administrative tasks related to human resources, such as record-keeping and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in an HR role or similar field (preferably in the auto components industry).
Strong understanding of attendance management systems, including biometrics technology.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
