Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Officer – Performance Management to take ownership of core HR operations and people initiatives at our Irumbuppalam (Kollam) office.
The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance while supporting the leadership team in enhancing workforce productivity — especially within the sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and exit processes.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems to track and improve team productivity.
• Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and KPI tracking for sales and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws, and assist in audits and documentation.
• Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive work culture.
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and reports using HRMS tools.
• Identify training needs and organize learning and development activities to enhance skills and motivation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year handling performance management or HR operations.
• Good understanding of HRMS systems, Excel, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Should be based in or willing to travel daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
• Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an advantage.
