HR Officer

As an HR Generalist/HR Officer at our company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations to ensure a productive and compliant workplace. Your role will involve supporting both strategic and administrative HR functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment & Onboarding:** - Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews - Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires - **Employee Relations:** - Address employee queries and concerns professionally - Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment - **Performance Management:** - Assist in implementing appraisal systems and tracking performance metrics - Support managers in coaching and development plans - **HR Compliance:** - Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation - **Training & Development:** - Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives - Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth - **Policy & Procedure, Attrition, R&R:** - Draft, update, and communicate HR policies - Attrition Management - Rewards & Recognition - F&F settlement **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 3-8 years of HR experience preferred - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Interested candidates can reach out via email at manish.prasad@bkjairports.com In this role, you will also benchmark practices against industry standards, prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and hiring, and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
