We are a growing IT solutions provider specializing in web and mobile application development, and digital transformation. We're looking for a proactive and versatile HR & Marketing Executive to help us build a strong team and enhance our brand visibility in a competitive tech landscape.

Role Overview:

HR & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leaves
• Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events
• Handle payroll support, basic compliance, and documentation
• Conduct orientation and training programs for new hires
• Support performance appraisal processes and exit interviews
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture

Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels
• Coordinate with design/content teams for promotional materials
• Support lead generation strategies and follow up with potential clients
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
• Assist in managing company’s social media presence
• Participate in events, expos, and networking meets for brand visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Marketing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HRMS and social media marketing tools
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Knowledge of Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace is a plus
