HR & Marketing Executive

Location: Greater Noida Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an HR/Marketing Executive. This dual-role position offers exposure to both human resources operations and marketing activities, ideal for someone keen to learn and grow across departments. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, coordinating interviews). Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation. Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners. Assist with employee engagement and internal communication. Coordinate with payroll, attendance, and leave management systems. Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, email campaigns, content creation). Coordinate with design and content teams to execute campaigns. Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions. Help manage CRM tools and update marketing databases. Research market trends and competitor analysis. Place follow-up and introductory calls to potential leads. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive, learning mindset.
