Job Title: IT Sales Executive Experience: 0.6–2 Years Location: Greater Noida Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have o.6–2 years of experience in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research. Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT product or service solutions. Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals to close sales. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain sales records and prepare reports on client interactions and sales performance. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0.6–2 years of experience in IT Sales or a similar role. Good understanding of IT products and solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Core Sales Skills: Lead Generation & Prospecting – Ability to identify, target, and approach potential clients. Client Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Sales Pitching & Presentation – Delivering compelling product demos and proposals. Negotiation & Closing Skills – Handling objections and closing deals effectively. Account Management – Managing post-sale relationships to maximize customer retention and upselling opportunities. Technical Knowledge: Basic Understanding of IT Products & Services – (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking). Solution Selling – Selling based on client needs rather than just products. CRM Tools Proficiency – Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc. Personal Qualities: Self-Motivation & Goal-Orientation – Working independently to meet sales targets. Adaptability – Being comfortable with fast-changing technologies and industries. Resilience – Handling rejections and challenges positively. Preferred: Experience in B2B IT sales.
