Role Overview

We are looking for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 6 months of experience to join as an HR & Marketing Executive. This is a dual role where you will be responsible for supporting HR activities as well as contributing to digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:

• Assist with recruitment, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain employee records and attendance.
• Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.

Marketing Functions:

• Assist in creating and managing social media content.
• Support SEO, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute strategies and track performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
