Job Title: HR, Marketing & Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted professional to join our team as an HR, Marketing & Client Handling. This hybrid role combines elements of HR management, marketing strategy, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing talent, promoting company branding, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work culture through team-building activities and regular employee feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, including contracts, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with payroll, attendance management, and policy implementation.

Marketing:

  • Brand Development & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define the company’s brand positioning and messaging.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, events).
  • Content Creation & Promotion:
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to propose new strategies.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Provide insights to improve product offerings and target new demographics.

Client Dealing & Relationship Management:

  • Client Communication:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Address client concerns, offer solutions, and follow up on service delivery.
  • Client Retention:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Client Onboarding & Support:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth integration into services.
  • Assist clients in understanding HR, marketing, and service offerings to maximize their engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a combined HR, marketing, and/or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
