As an HR, Marketing & Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for a dynamic role that combines HR management, marketing strategy, and client relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include: **Human Resources:** - Coordinating and managing the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. - Conducting interviews and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs. - Fostering a positive work culture through team-building activities and regular employee feedback. - Assisting in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. - Maintaining employee records, including contracts, benefits, and performance evaluations. **Marketing:** - Collaborating with the marketing team to define the company's brand positioning and messaging. - Assisting in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, events). - Creating and managing content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials. - Analyzing marketing trends and competitor activities to propose new strategies. - Conducting market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends. - Providing insights to improve product offerings and target new demographics. **Client Dealing & Relationship Management:** - Acting as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building. - Addressing client concerns, offering solutions, and following up on service delivery. - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and retention. - Providing regular updates to clients on project status, deliverables, and timelines. - Managing the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring smooth integration into services. - Assisting clients in understanding HR, marketing, and service offerings to maximize their engagement. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in a combined HR, marketing, and/or client-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and social media management tools. - Basic knowledge of HR practices and marketing principles. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
