Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager with at least 1 year of experience in human resource management, preferably in the finance or service sector. The candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and ensure a healthy and compliant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle — from screening to onboarding new hires. Maintain employee data, attendance, and leave records accurately. Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance-related processes. Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives. Prepare HR reports and assist management in manpower planning. Support training, performance appraisal, and policy implementation. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of HR experience (finance/micro-loan sector preferred). Good knowledge of HR policies and compliance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
