Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can manage end-to-end HR functions, foster a positive work culture, and align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (IT & non-IT roles)
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
• Oversee performance appraisal and feedback processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Support leadership with HR planning and organizational development
• Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (IT industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience with recruitment tools and HR management systems
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring IT roles (Developers, Designers, Digital Marketers)
• Familiarity with performance management systems
• Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment
