Recruitment and Onboarding Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and manage the hiring process Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate onboarding of new employees Training and Development Organize and implement training and development programs Identify employee skill gaps and create strategies for improvement Support ongoing professional growth and learning opportunities Employee Relations Serve as a mediator between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts Foster a positive organizational culture and maintain employee morale Provide counseling and support on policies, procedures, and workplace issues
