About the Role
The HR Manager will lead the entire Human Resources function of the organization, ensuring robust HR processes, talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing end-to-end HR operations specifically for a finance or consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, HR policies, and organizational development.
Lead and mentor the HR team for efficient HR operations.
2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning - Oversee full recruitment processes for all business units.
Work with department heads to define hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
Implement structured hiring, onboarding, and induction programs.
3. Performance Management - Drive the performance appraisal process, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
Facilitate continuous performance feedback and capability-building initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement - Promote a positive workplace culture ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions. Plan and execute engagement and welfare activities.
5. HR Policies & Compliance -Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations. Manage payroll coordination and HRMS systems.
6. Training & Development. Identify training needs and design L&D programs that enhance team capabilities. Collaborate with external trainers or internal leaders for skill-building initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
