Key Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the organization. - Build and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with potential candidates and reflects Trasks values and culture. - Utilize various sourcing methodologies, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnership with educational institutions, to identify and engage potential candidates. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the selection process. - Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively. - Develop and maintain metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve processes. - Lead onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, promoting a collaborative hiring process. - Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and other HR initiatives as needed. Desired Skills and Qualifications:* - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role. - Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. - Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
