Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, process improvements, and supply chain management. Desired Candidate Profile 20-30 years of experience in petrochemical/plastics industry as an engineer or manager. Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals. Proven track record in strategic planning, resource management, financial oversight & budgeting. Deep technical knowledge of Polymers (Polypropylene and other Engineering Polymers) and its compounding/masterbatch field.
