Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, process improvements, and supply chain management.

Desired Candidate Profile

20-30 years of experience in petrochemical/plastics industry as an engineer or manager.
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
Proven track record in strategic planning, resource management, financial oversight & budgeting.
Deep technical knowledge of Polymers (Polypropylene and other Engineering Polymers) and its compounding/masterbatch field.
