Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production)
Experience: 10+ years (SS tube & pipe manufacturing )
Key Skills: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Production Management, Quality Control, Cost Optimization, Team Management, Safety Compliance
Responsibilities:

Overall management of plant operations, production, quality, and maintenance.
Ensure production targets, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental policies.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
Develop strategies for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and senior management.
