Strategic Planning: Consulting with executives on strategic planning, aligning HR practices with business objectives. Employee Engagement: Creating a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention. HR Systems and Policies: Managing and maintaining HR systems, policies, and procedures. Skills Required: Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for addressing employee concerns and presenting HR information.
