Position: HR Manager
Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
Hospital: Sree Saran Medical Centre, 200-bedded NABH-accredited Multi-Specialty Hospital
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
· Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and performance management systems.
· Support management in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Foster a positive work culture and address staff grievances effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
· MBA or Equivalent qualification in Human Resources
· Minimum 7–8 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
· Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and hospital staffing dynamics.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
