About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in our NABH-accredited hospital. The ideal candidate should have sound clinical knowledge, hands-on experience in neonatal care, and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns.

· Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with life-support procedures.

· Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and care provided.

· Ensure strict infection control and NABH protocol compliance.

· Support doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.

· Educate and counsel parents regarding neonatal care and feeding practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

· GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post B.Sc. Nursing.

· Valid Nursing Council Registration (Tamil Nadu preferred).

· Minimum 1–3 years of NICU experience in a reputed hospital.

· Freshers with NICU training may also apply.
