Monitor vital signs, feeding, oxygen levels, and medications. Assist in NICU procedures like CPAP, phototherapy, and resuscitation. Operate and maintain NICU equipment. Follow strict infection-control guidelines. Support and educate parents on neonatal care. Maintain accurate nursing notes and shift handovers.
