Position: NICU Staff Nurse Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Nursing Council Registration required) Responsibilities: Provide care to preterm and critically ill newborns. Monitor vital signs, feeding, oxygen levels, and medications. Assist in NICU procedures like CPAP, phototherapy, and resuscitation. Operate and maintain NICU equipment. Follow strict infection-control guidelines. Support and educate parents on neonatal care. Maintain accurate nursing notes and shift handovers. Skills: Good neonatal care knowledge Quick decision-making Good communication and teamwork Compassionate and patient-friendly Experience: NICU experience preferred, freshers can also apply.
