About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Neonatal ICU (NICU) and Pediatric ICU (PICU) Nurses to join our expert critical-care team. This is a frontline role where you will support our youngest and most vulnerable patients with compassion, precision, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert critical care to neonatal and pediatric patients in high-acuity settings
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, responding promptly to any changes
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician instructions
• Operate and manage specialized equipment (ventilators, monitors, incubators, etc.)
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and support teams
• Offer emotional support and clear communication to families

Desired Profile

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
• Valid nursing registration/license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in NICU or PICU
• Strong expertise in critical care procedures
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
